IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DVD ORDERS! All of our DVDs are in the DVD-R format. Most DVD players and computers can play the DVD-R format but please make sure that your DVD player can play DVD-R! If for some technical reason our DVDs do not play in your DVD player, we will exchange the DVD for a VHS of the same title. Sorry, no refunds!

International checks or money orders must be paid in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. International postal money orders are accepted but must be in U.S. dollars.

You must specify which television system you need for your video player (PAL, SECAM, NTSC). There is a $5.00 charge for each VHS ordered in PAL or SECAM. If you do not specify a system, ESPY-TV will send an American NTSC system video. International orders are sent air mail.

Our DVDs are only in NTSC. Make sure your DVD player can play NTSC.

International Shipping Costs:

Western Europe, the Caribbean & South America - $12 for one VHS; more than one VHS, include $12 plus 10% of the subtotal.

For Eastern Europe, France, Africa, Asia & Australia, you must include $15 for one VHS then add 15% of the subtotal for two or more VHS. Incorrect shipping will cause delays!

We ship DVDs by Global Priority Mail to countries that accept this service. For orders up to 8 DVDs the following rates apply:

$5 for the first DVD, $1 for each additional DVD

Orders of 9 DVDs or more are sent by First Class Air Mail. We charge $15 for shipping on these orders.

EXCHANGES / DEFECTS: ESPY-TV videos are professionally duplicated and checked before shipping, however a problem may occur. We will exchange a broken, damaged or technically defective video for the same title forever. To get a replacement, please return the video with a note explaining the defect. Shipping is free within 30 days. After 30 days you must include current shipping costs. Return the video insured in case of loss or damage. Replacements ship the same day we receive the defective tape.

Due to the nature of video, all sales are final!
